I want to go to a school for the arts, but I don't know which is good enough, HELP!!!?

I'm close to graduating and I want to go to a good school for singing, but i don't know yet. Please help me out, I know I'm not a Julliard person, that's for sure. Btw, I wanna go with my friend, but her career goal is photographer. Any school that could fit me and her together could be good too also.
