Should We Respect ANY Religion or God that does not respect basic human rights or humanity itself?

You can respect individual rights to practice a religion without respecting the religion itself. Also, religious freedom is bound within the confines of a nation's laws. A religion that allows child sacrifice will not be tolerated within a nation that views that as murder.
