Best model diet n exercise routine?

i want to be a model as a side job during college and im serious about it. everyone says that im really pretty n im a natural at posing for the camera. so i have no problem with that. I've done a lot of photo shoots already but the thing is, the photographers n designers say tht i should keep in mind about my body. like i need to work on getting it slimmer. i would appreciate it if u girls who have worked as a model before tell me sum of the tips n routines to get the perfect body:) dnt worry im not a freak i care about my body so i wont go over board n be anorexic.

I'll be honest, I'm addicted to pornography. Need help ASAP!?

First of all I've had traumatizing sexual experiences as a child. I'm learning to cope with my past and troubles. I've been to counciling, but not for addiction. I also used drugs like LSD, mushrooms, and weed before I realized my past and all that stuff came to my awareness (conscience). The world of drugs has led me to mind control and using some methods and techniques on myself (if possible), I've been using techniques like anchoring, re-framing, re-imprinting, behavioral modification (negative and possitive reinforcement), and swish pattern on myself instead of others to try and get desired results. I definatly think this is the wrong path but nothing really hits home so to speak. Any advice would be appreciated.

Parrots are a whole lot like young children, behaviorally speaking, except they never grow up. If you never disciplined a young child, they would be a run amok little terror. Also, like a small child, they need to feel safe and loved, but have a set authority figure in their life whom they respect. The same goes for your bird. They need to be taught the difference between right and wrong, and unlike a child, a parrot doesn't understand language, so explaining is out of the question. I have never felt any qualms about giving my amazon a little squirt or a firm "no" when he's misbehaving. He's smart enough to understand, and does indeed stop and switch activities to something more positive (then he then receives a treat or verbal praise). He's 15 years old, and perfectly happy and healthy, even though I have always used MILD discipline with him. I think it all comes down to common sense. Unfortunately, many people are so stupid, they wouldn't interpret discipline towards a bird as a squirt or a "no", but would rather scream at it or hit it, so experts have to recommend no discipline be used at all for birds safety and well being.

Who is the best destination wedding photographer?

Any photographer who goes to your destination wedding will need his/her expenses paid by you. So I suggest you find a great local photographer and put him/her up in the hotel so they can be there to take your photographs and you will then catch back up with them when your honeymoon is over and the photos are ready locally when you get home, perhaps?

What do you think of these flip flops?

They would look better if the flower was replaced with something else. But they would look better in blue an you could pretty much only wear jeans with them . They finding the ones with the straps in the back and then you could wear it with a nice summer dress

You can include some of your best photos in it. If you make different styles, you can separate them into chapters. You can put words among them. And you can make also a digital portofolio
